The Spanish Revival Project was a large-scale remodel that had beautiful Spanish bones and details for the Designers to work with. It was important to keep the true authenticity of the architecture while enhancing the character of the home.
The Living Room
The new living room space features tall vaulted ceilings, refinished Saltillo tile, dark beams and steel arched windows and doors. A floating fireplace created a space to build the room around. The Designers brought in lots of warm wood tones, creamy whites and an array of dreamy textures to add warmth and comfort to this space.

The Kitchen
This stunning kitchen was enhanced by beautiful two-toned custom cabinetry. An arched hood with hidden niches for storing everyday utensils and spices created a focal point within the space. It is adorned with delicate hand-painted tile and a brass pot filler. The oversized hammered brass Alta Pendants create a statement and add a rustic touch. Open shelves completed the space and allowed an opportunity to display vintage and everyday decor pieces. You can shop the collection here.

The Dining Room Details
We opened up the walls to create an open dining room that served as an extension of both the kitchen and the living room, creating one seamless and expansive space, while simultaneously allowing each area to have it’s own moment. We loved the addition of the Gainsborough Chandelier, with its modern take on a traditional look. Can we also mention the beauty of those dark wood beams?

The Master Bathroom
The Master Bathroom is the epitome of Spanish architecture with it’s soft arches, terracotta tiles, and a vintage wood carved door. We knew it would create a moment and take this space with his and her vanities, to a bathroom that felt old-world yet distinctly modern. We had fun blending different tile selections together in neutral tones, enhancing the overall organic and rustic character of this space.
